We switched it up a little this week. Professor Dodge, Connors, and Chef Masi brought in 3 industry experts Jeremy Houghton, Gabe Urrutia, and Jaymee Mandeville. I wouldn’t say it was all fun, because we definitely talked about some tough subjects, ranging from the fires in the wine region to where we see the industry now and in the future. It was a little different than the usual “2 Barstools and a Knife", but we learned a little more, and we hope you do as well.
