This week the “food and beverage trifecta” is joined by restaurant executive and master sommelier, Sabato Sagaria. They enjoy an engaging conversation about  careers in the restaurant and beverage industry, talk about the importance of certifications, and developing people. Sabato tells great stories about growing Union Square Hospitality's portfolio of outstanding restaurants, working alongside legendary hospitality professional Danny Meyer, and expanding the beach culture of Brazil, Uruguay and Southern California brand called bartaco nationally. This week's Speedrail is all about Casa de Sab  and the amazing culinary creations he shares on Instagram (@sabato3), but with a twist you may or may not expect from “2 Barstools & a Knife” Podcast!
