Confidence Hack #26: Confidence through randomness and understanding that in addition to daily confident steps, the home run swings are worthwhile!

I’ll be the first person to say that you must take small daily steps to accomplish your goals. I wrote a book on it! Hitting the single every day is KEY to playing the game.

But taking that occasional MONSTER SWING for it all can lead to truly incredible things...you never know when you’ll connect!

In today’s episode, I’ll explain how creating a life around randomness produces short-lived success. Take buying a lottery ticket, for example. I can buy a lottery ticket every day, hoping that I will eventually hit and everything will be great! But this isn’t building a lifestyle around the possibility of randomness; this is simply wishful thinking.

So today, the understanding that randomness CAN happen at any given time gives us the confidence to build our lifestyle, knowing that we’ve got that great foundation that will be ready for that home run. We will always have runners on base!
