This is an episode that was on the plan for a long time and we are finally releasing it, Reidland reached out to us as he wanted to not only learn more but also share more of his journey with fitness and more specifically the Keto diet.

Clients know that we don't really reach any particular diet over another so this was a good opportunity to showcase from a different the good and bad of a particular diet. 

What we like to teach us is that the most effective diet is the one that you will stick to, many times individuals will tend to go with a diet simply because it worked for their friend, now it may work for you as well if you have many of the same habits and cravings, but for the most part this won't be the best route to take. Do your due diligence and make sure that what you have selected as a diet to follow is sustainable first and foremost.
