This week we had the pleasure of having Ekaterina Orlic (Katie) on the show. 
Katie is a power lifter from Upstate NY originally from Long Island. 
She is also a trainer and coach through her platform EO Fit where she leads a majority of women to creating healthy and sustainable lifestyles through barbell training. 

The Topics we discussed today are very important in todays current climate. It seems like trainers and coaches are a dime a dozen, and many of them don't put out quality information that can actually help their following.
