Why repeating your message is a good thing

Do you constantly wonder what to share with your community? You want to add value, rather than add to the noise in the wellness space. This is such a common question I get so I want to bring it to the show.

One thing people do not realise is that there is a real reason why repeating your message is a good thing. Once you realise this, you can begin to lean into this and repurpose your content. In this week’s show, I discuss the reasons why it’s a good thing to repeat your message. Once you bring awareness to it, you can then change your mindset around how you produce and share content with your community.
