Episode 55 - Does this label hold you back?

You may feel that dread in the pit of your stomach when you come to share your message publicly. My daughter calls it the fizzy tummy. You know the drill.

Being seen in your biz can bring up all of the things. 

Why do so many of us feel this way? Observe kids. They love to dance, sing and cavort around with wild abandon. So, what goes wrong as we move into adulthood?

This gets to the root of why so many of us feel we don't have a voice. Little wonder, really.

In today's show I talk about a label which I hear used *all of the time* to describe children. This label, when used consistently, then sticks. It becomes an identity. The result is it impacts how you show up in the world. Maybe it has defined you, too?
