In facing our demons, one must be courageous and strong enough to defeat them. Today, we’re about to time travel with our guest, Julie Fernandez, as she recalls how she conquered her journey of self-healing after surviving childhood trauma and sexual abuse.

Julia was able to find her way back to her whole self by understanding her body and what it went through. Julia found incredible ways of dealing with her disassociation by entirely reworking out her nervous system through breathing, yoga and martial arts.

As a Trauma Recovery Coach, Julie's advocates to help women heal and recall the missing pieces of their lives by courageously facing ancestral trauma and family lineage disruptions. Her work helps women feel safe in their body and comfortable in the world.
