Too often do people come to me with complaints about trying to get people to do their job correctly or better and my answer to them is always the same: it all starts with you. You set the tone for your business, and within that should be a plan that you’ve created to properly educate employees on what they need to do and why so that there is no room for questions or uncertainty. If they are trained well, they will perform well. Otherwise, we set them up for failure.
