Referrals are a crucial factor in creating a successful, reliable and robust practice.   Referrals are the best new patients you can have. They are pre-motivated, pre-interested and pre-qualified.   When I was in practice, 94.7% of my NPs were from referrals. Which meant I didn't have to do any "marketing",... well, not in the traditional sense.   You don't get referrals just because you are good at what you do or deliver outstanding results.   That is the MINIMUM standard of any practice!   You have to actively DESIGN for it.   There are 3 ways to get referrals. Some methods are more challenging than others.   Let me show you WHY.
