When you experience a crisis, we can focus on negativity and its impact. But one of the best things it can show us is our vulnerabilities.   When everything is going well, or when things are comfortable, we focus on stability or growth. And we sometimes struggle to push ourselves to gain that growth even when we appear to try hard or do hard work.   Business is like health.   We often don’t do what’s necessary until we are in trouble or in a crisis situation.
