A few weeks ago, I received a great question from a new grad Chiropractor in the US, and she asked me this…
“When should I hire a coach?”

In my experience, what she is really asking is…
“I want a coach… but not sure I can afford one. What should I do?”

It’s a great question.

I am biased being a coach… but I do believe that we should always be investing in ourselves no matter what stage of life or career we are in.
IF…
The top athletes in the world (in any sport) have coaches (strengthening coach, nutritional coaches, skill coaches, and team coaches)…
The top musicians in the world have coaches (singing coaches, voice coaches, business coaches, etc.)…
The top executives in the business world have coaches (mindset coaches, life coaches, strategy coaches, etc.)…

And assuming you are a person who wants to become one of the best in your field… you should have a coach at some point in your career.

Personally, I have 3 coaches.
1 in mindset.
1 in business.
1 in strategy.

Why three? Because each of them provides me with a different perspective in my life and business that I strongly VALUE.

But what if I can’t afford one?

Investing isn’t always about money.
Investing in coaching requires three things:
1. Time
2. Energy
3. Money

In this episode, I am going to breakdown how you INVEST the most appropriate ASSETS that you currently have into receiving the highest VALUE of coaching that is available to you. And I will show the steps on how to approach what type of coach you need right now.
