You can't be the Judge and the Jury of your life

On this episode, I talk about the difference between being a judge and jury of your own life while also expressing my struggle with insecurity. There’s power in accepting one’s struggle and once we get to that place all suffer. It's how we respond to the suffering that matters. But in order to figure out how to respond to it, we have to first acknowledge it. Accepting our struggles, rather than running away from them, is the key to finding peace and meaning in our lives.
