Happy New Year! Today we are starting off the year my favorite way- by diving into some self-reflection to set your year up for success. It’s important to take a few minutes out of 2022 to reflect on those important life events of 2021. Those pivotal moments can help shape your achievable goals for this year. “It’s so powerful to look back over past months and see those pivotal moments.”

“This year, dream bigger. Break out of your limiting beliefs that have held you back.”

Tips for Self-Doubt [3:45]

“Make 70% of these goals achievable and believable for yourself. 30% of these goals are big dreams, things you may not know how to achieve yet.”

“Step 1: Take a current life inventory. Where are you in your life, career, relationships, financial status? These are not feelings, these are facts.” 

“Step 2: Cultivate. Where are we heading? Where is the destination?”

“Step 3: What is in the way? What may be preventing you from getting there? Shift out of ‘I can’t’ and move into becoming your own best cheerleader.’

“Step 4: Avoidance. Identify what you spend time avoiding. We spend more time avoiding pain than chasing pleasure.”

“Step 5: Values Process. What would I be experiencing if I hit all of my goals? Why do you really want something? What will your goals get you?”

“Step 6: Have gratitude. Like attracts like. We don’t attract what we like, we attract who and what we are. When we tap into gratitude, we raise our vibration to get into alignment with the thing we are trying to attract.” Gratitude is the quickest and most powerful way to become a magnet to the things we desire.”

“Step 7: Create Actionable Steps. What are the actual steps you need to be taking? Think about the physical things you are going to do, but also the mindset change you need to do to reach your goal. Get into a community of people who share similar goals.”
