Eat within an hour after waking up, stop eating within 2 hours before bed, within that time a snack will last us 1-2 hours and a meal can last you 4 ,5, or 6 hours depending on how much we have.”

“It’s not about the scale or the weight or the food, it’s really about who we are, how we are able to show up, how we’re able to dedicate all the amazing capacity that we have to the things that really matter.”

“We’re comparing ourselves to the people we’re seeing, in that comparison we make a million assumptions.” 

“Instead of looking at our situation as ours, and their situation as theirs, we try to make them the same-they’re not.”
