This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has Anne Marie Turan (@fitcitypearl) on the show to talk about the fitness industry. Anne Marie is a veteran when it comes to the fitness community in Nashville. She is a former Titans Cheerleader, Barry’s Bootcamp and Studio Novo instructor, and Sculpt House lead trainer.
