That Time I Went to Seminary School

•    I went to the Baptist church with my friends, because my closer friends went to the Baptist church, so that's where I ended up going because I wanted to hang out. And honestly, I was kind of in love with one of the coaches, Coach Roger's, which is kind of funny, but I was really obsessed with him. (1:60)

•   So quickly in my mind and just the reality that I had just changed, it changed what it felt like in an instant, but it really wasn't. It was because I had been doing so much seeking and so much... just like different bottle studies or volunteering. I was doing a lot of different things in the spiritual world, and so it kind of just felt like it happened at once, but it was through my daily activity. (2:59)

•    I even actually started looking at Buddhism at one point. I started looking at a book called beginner's book of Buddhism, and it was very interesting to me. I was like, Oh my gosh, I want to be a Buddha, because it was very cool. And I always thought I was going to go to hell if I looked at anything about the Buddha, because I thought... Honestly, I thought Buddhism was, I bow down to the Buddha and then I thought I would go to hell. (6:27)

•    I discovered something else, it's like you keep discovering new things, the more that you ask to see... I always say, have eyes to see and ears to hear, and when you do that, your level of awareness increases. Some of the things that you may have looked at in the past, if you look at today, you've changed, your eyes have changed, your ears of changed, you can hear different things, and so based on what you become aware of. I just think that's so cool, because now I look at stuff and I'm like, Oh my gosh, that is so amazing, and I didn't even see that before, but I see it now. (8:52)
