Taylor Thibodeau, a 27-year-old who faces chronic illness chats about overcoming barriers in his life by shifting his perspective and mastering his mindset.

He shares his journey of healing and growth that started with an unhealthy relationship. By spending time getting to know himself, doing daily check-ins, and striving for little wins each day, Taylor has gone on to complete 3 Boston Marathons, compete in an Ironman Triathlon, ride his bicycle across the United States, and overcome nicotine and alcohol addictions.

"If I listened to all the voices of the people who told me the something I wanted wasn't possible, I never would have achieved the many things in my life I'm most proud of," he says.
