Welcome back to another episode of YOU Are Good Enough! 💜

Most of us, in some way, have some degree of narcissism! Narcissism doesn’t mean someone is a bad person → but a wounded person 💔

**🔊Please note: There should be no shame around having narcissistic tendencies - most importantly because those tendencies have helped us truly survive in our lifetime.

Narcissism is a HUGE topic that often goes un-talked about, and that can be resolved by our own awareness and speaking our truth 🙌

It’s extremely important for us to recognize where we have narcissistic patterns/beliefs, and also, whether we are in a relationship or in a family with someone who also has narcissistic tendencies 🧐

In episode 134, we are breaking down how we see narcissism: How it manifests in childhood, appears in adulthood, what our patterns may be, and how narcissism may be present in our relationships! 😬

Join us in this episode to talk about:
✨Narcissism = Wounding, mostly manifesting from a caregiver(s) in childhood
✨Manifesting narcissism in the household
✨Different ways narcissism presents in children
✨Healing our pain and dissolving codependency as the solution
✨How narcissism shows in relationships + in adulthood
✨Being sick in a relationship as a possible sign that it’s no longer serving you
✨Ending the: “I’ll wait for them to change so I can feel better!” patterns

Thank you all for joining me in this episode, and have a great rest of your week! 🎙💜

Love,
Kimberley
