38% of Brits, or 20 million people, work from home at least some of the time. For many, it has provided the ability to improve productivity and achieve a better work/life balance. 

However, one topic that rears it’s head time and time again with my clients is making sure that people that are out of sight are not out of mind. They are concerned about the impact working from home will have on their promotion prospects, payrises and the opportunity to get involved in interesting projects. 

Today, I share strategies you can use to make sure that while you may not be physically present in an office, you are most definitely not out of the mind’s of the people who can influence decisions that affect your career.
