The goals we set are only as good as our willingness to pay the price tag that comes along with the goal. Everything we set out to accomplish must be backed up by the consistent action we take. If we are not willing to pay the price for the goal, we have to scratch it from our mental list. If we don't, we carry around this unnecessary mental baggage for something we have no intention on accomplishing. You will find that it is very freeing to eliminate goals from our mental list that we are not going to really go after. Once we do this, we can focus on the things that we really want. The things that we are willing to pay the price for. Think about your goals today, if there is anything on your list that you are not willing to sacrifice for, then remove it mentally and focus on what you really want.
