This class is hard but a different type of hard than usual. We'll focus on accessible hamstring and hip flexibility poses as we prepare for some forward folds through a slow and steady flow that builds plenty of heat. Additionally, we'll include options for a grounding headstand. But don't worry if you don't want to invert, there's an option for Pigeon Pose instead. This class requires focus and helps you develop your patience and ability to stay mindful. (All Levels/60 Minutes)
