Feeling emosh, or 'emotional' as anyone like myself who's over 30 years old should be saying is natural. It's part of the human condition.

 

Clear 10 minutes in your schedule for this lovely guided meditation but please note: There’s no need to meditate however if you find yourself unflustered by all that life throws at you. Because when you meditate you change your relationship with your feelings in such a way that (eventually) you feel upset as when an unpleasant situation arises.
