Singapore politics is usually described as predictable and boring. However in recent weeks, an MP generated some controversy when he suggested that local degrees in Singapore have a "time-stamp" of 5 years. You can of course imagine the outrage. He has since clarified his comments that he wanted people to think about the importance of Life-Long learning. In this episode, Dennis and Mark strip away the political nuances and try and unpack this idea of life-long learning and what it means to engage on life-long learning.

In part 2, Mark recommends that you watch the movie "3 Idiots". It is going to be a bit long, but well worth the watch and especially meaningful if you area teacher or an educator. It is available on Netflix.
