Philly J. Lay screamed in agony after a medical mishap during back surgery caused a near-death experience in hospital.

This was followed by four years of her being partly bedridden, struggling with PTSD, deep grief, opioid and alcohol addiction for the pain. Until she took back her power and began a self-healing journey that led to her to become an expert in wellness. First she addressed Diet and Nutrition

She went on a massive detox with intermittent fasting and discovered she had a leaky gut. She was addressing several autoimmune diseases like tinnitus, and vertigo and began changing her attitude to include gratitude.

She also began to ask…not “why is this happening to me but why is it happening for me?”
