Eating rose hips in jam or tea, is a popular and well-known source of Vitamin C, but how about eating the rose, petals and all? Williane Sluiter of Incredible Roses in the Netherlands, has been doing just that for several years. Hester caught up with her at the Plantarium show in the Netherlands earlier this autumn and asked her about edible roses.
