When something has to be done about Marty McFly’s future children, Doctor Emmett Brown takes it upon himself to enlist Marty’s help in rewriting his own future; unfortunately, this gives Marty’s nemesis Biff Tannen the opportunity to steal the DeLorean time machine and create his own dystopian reality. Joe invites Back to the Future super-fans John and Kris Stahl onto the show to get into their love of Back to the Future 2 and the rest of the trilogy. They discuss back to the future day celebrations, future predictions, the universally horrible applications of a sleep inducer, noticing new things, future profanity, time travel rules, not noticing when you’ve landed in an apocalypse, the Zane train, very long days, liquid courage, alternate newspaper headlines, the future of augmented reality, and fun fan theories.
