This week’s guest is Dr. Julie Desjardins. Julie is the co-director at CAFCO, the Child, Adolescent, and Family Centre of Ottawa. She provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and families. In addition to private practice, Dr. Desjardins is also a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa and a supervisor at the Centre for Psychological Services and Research.

Julie provides advice to help us navigate the stress and anxiety of COVID-19. Topics include: mental health for adults, supporting children, relationship advice, and mom guilt.This is the interview we all need right now as we learn to navigate the stress of our current reality.
