YES it's the start of the 6 Nations! Wales v Ireland, England v Scotland and Italy v France, plus the Super Rugby Aupiki finals & the Super W gets underway; so another huge week for women's rugby. We speak to three of the 6 Nations captains, from England, Sarah Hunter appearing in her last ever game of competitive rugby signs out in style in her home town of Newcastle. She will lead the side out for the last time on the occasion of her 141st cap; hear her thoughts on what will be an emotional night. "Sunter" also tells us about this new look England team & what to expect from Scotland lead by her close friend Rachel Malcolm. Speaking of Dr Malcolm, we caught up with her at the 6 Nations launch to chat about where her Scotland side as they enter this new World Cup cycle. Also who to look out for & the joy of playing against her pal "Sunter!" From Italy, we have Giada Franco, the all-action flanker, who is excited about the tournament; from having a new coach, new team mates but also starting their campaign against World Cup bronze-medalists France. Ireland were unable to supply anyone for this pod but they go up against Wales, in Cardiff, Hannah Jones the new skipper was also at the launch. The Welsh star chats about the new contracts, the new faces in the squad & facing the challenge of taking on their Celtic sisters, Ireland.
