She is the Founder and Executive Director of Sista Afya Community Mental Wellness, which is a social enterprise that provides low-cost mental wellness services that center the experiences of Black women in Chicago. Camesha is a millennial leader who is shaping the leadership needed to fight the battle of the mental illness crisis in younger minority generations.
