Today’s discussion is the importance of balancing your energy and body flow through grounding work. 

Thank you for letting me share my voice with you... I took a week off last week to be in my own skin as I too hit with an emotional wall, and always want to bring you content from an authentic place... so thank you for your patience…  taking some time for myself last week, allowed me to practice grounding work, which is very new to me, and it allowed me to reset and recharge during these times of uncertainty and crisis. I am so excited to share with you today what I have learned personally from grounding for 5 days straight and how my body and mental state was affected. In some respects, grounding work is learning to master the matrix or your environment.
