Culture Who am I? Part 2

 

September and October are the hardest months during the course of the school year. Teachers and administrative staff are getting to know each other as well as their students. This episode will help educators understand how their culture influences the structures of their classrooms and school climate.   Listeners will leave this episode with tangible tools and insight on how to find your identity in the classroom and how to create a culture of achievement with students and colleagues.
