In the midst of a lively career in medicine, Dr. Michelle Quirk discovered that running
could change her life in 2012, and quickly fell in love. She embraced the sport by
becoming a certified run coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), a local
Girls on the Run coach, a Disney World-loving marathoner, and a triathlete. She
developed Mindful Marathon to help others see what she’s learned—that running can fundamentally improve our lives. She puts her focus on helping busy professionals
discover how they too can embrace running and prioritize their well-being. She
develops customized training plans for every type of runner—new, old, somewhere in between—and helps to fit those training plans into busy lives. With her help, Michelle’s
athletes find their edge and achieve their goals.
