In this episode, we discuss why it is especially challenging for our youth from a social and biological perspective. There is a way out, and we as a society need to address the extrinsic and intrinsic factors to help our youth. This episode features Dr. Crystal Duc Tran, Ph.D., an Assistant Professor Psychology at the University of St. Thomas in Houston. She is an expert in Developmental Psychology and Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience. She is passionate about educating others about child and adolescent psychology, statistics, lifespan development, language, and race/diversity, along with teaching students how to maximize their degree for graduate work and the job market.
