On this episode of Wise Time we are discussing change. There are so many ways to change and so many things that are constantly changing its hard to stay the same. One thing that is constant is change, however, the fear of change is also a constant. We like a routine because it makes us feel like we have control of our lives therefore its hard for us to break that cycle.
