He emphasizes the importance of having the right purpose set up from the start and how to keep that purpose alive. A project team needs to be a real team and Antonio explains why having a high-performing team give 100% of their time to a project will reap more benefits. And lastly, Antonio also digs into the topic of stakeholders and the traps you could fall into if they are not engaged properly.
