Our bodies, body size, look, and feel and the relation to our mental health play such a huge role in most of our lives. As this topic came up today in a conversation I had and as it is an ever present topic for myself and many humans around me, I wanted to share my thoughts with you. I haven't gotten it figured out. So, this truly is a very raw and real insight into the many thoughts in my head trying to make sense of the correlations between body shaming, mental health, radiance, routines, the ability to thrive in life and self-acceptance.
