In this episode, I was thrilled to be joined by Cliff Pollan of Welo. Welo is a virtual office and gathering space for workshops, trainings, etc. Cliff is an expert on meetings that don't suck, and we had a wonderful conversation about what mid-pandemic and post-pandemic meetings look like, and the future of the hybrid workplace. In this future hybrid place, leaders are going to have to create appropriate structures to embrace the freedom that employees naturally have, and how that can be an advantage. Lastly, Cliff shares how the Welo team works together in their own remote environment, staying tightly aligned and culturally close.
