Cycle syncing is an amazing concept coined by Alisa Vitti that invites us to understand how our cycle shifts and changes, how we have different energies, qualities, strengths and vulnerabilities across the phases, and then shows us how we can align the tasks of our lives to best harness and flow with those energies. I adore this concept and share it widely with clients and in my courses and experiences because it stops us from living in a linear way and instead teaches us how to embrace the way we aren't the same each day.
However I'm also really starting to notice a lot of people struggling to cycle sync because when someone does have have an archetypal 28-day menstrual cycle that's the same every month: regular, predictable, and experienced just as the books say it should be, it can leave you feeling not good enough. Yes, having shame about not having a 28-day cycle is becoming a real thing and I really want to offer a new way of cycle syncing that invites you to embrace and embody your own unique cycle experience, instead of finding another way of not being the ideal human.
In this solo episode I bring the fire, bust some myths, and share why I believe it can actually be really powerful to show up in our most tender moments of our cycle, instead of locking ourselves away for half the cycle, so we can normalise and create a new relationship to the dark feminine.
