This rhetoric, the name calling, judgmental, “shoulding all over people” vibes create an insane amount of shame in our lives. How can a scroll through the internet do this?
We’ve all experienced it and we want to help you peel back the layers, find that thread of shame in your life, discover why it’s affecting you, learn if you need to, and otherwise, LET IT GO.
Shame is removed from relationship. Shame has no end game other than pain and embarrassment. Shame will not transform our lives or perspective. It’s time for us to move through the digital world without it, and while we’re always learning and growing, we want to do that through relationship and love, not through judgment and shame. We love you guys - we’re in this with you, 2020, the weird, wild difficult world.
