Captain Liz Clark has done what many of us could only ever imagine to do. More than 10 years ago, Liz Clark set out from Santa Barbara, in her boat "Swell", and she headed south. When Liz was nine, she and her family sailed down into Mexico for seven months and that's when she knew what she wanted to do with her life.
