Discipline learned at age 11 is still serving at age 60.

Stuttering as a child prompted his parents to get him in martial arts. A job at Burger King taught key lessons for life. A career as a law officer helped him be a better banker.  Taking the bank from $500 million to over $1 billion brought all those learned skills into play.  It all adds up to a "refirement" as a coach, consultant and mentor.
