Over the course of doing these interviews, some conversations surpassed the time allotted to them for a standard interview, or issues arose that the interview needed to have a second part to it. This is one such interview.

Victor has known his guest, Michelle Hyliard for over fifteen years, and is just now realizing how strong and vibrant this woman really is. Raised in Michigan, Michelle has known sadness and sorrow throughout her life.

An over protective mother, countless bullies in school and countless doctors trying to fine-tune the medication she needed to keep a healthy mind and body, were just some of the obstacles she had to endure in her young age. Then she was given news that added to her misery…

She was diagnosed with Ramsey-Hunt Syndrome, but instead of falling victim to depression and sadness, wading through the forest of psychiatric disorders plaguing her, she managed to thrive and succeed to the point she’s learned to live with her various conditions.

Feeling on a daily basis, a bright spark in her life that boosts her creativity and sense of completeness.

Victor is very proud of the woman Michelle has become, and he has no doubt her story is not yet complete.

Join Victor on Meet Me, on Whose Blind Life is it Anyway, every Monday, at 10:00 am Eastern, 7:00 am Pacific, and meet all the interesting people he meets.

Victor is always looking for people to interview. His goal is to show the world that blindness and disabilities are not life ending, they are life altering, however, they can be more of an inconvenience, than anything else.
