Dusty Miller is a CPA turned restaurateur with a background as an auditor for a big four accounting firm, and as controller at a small publicly-traded oil and gas company. Dusty and the rest of the Miller family currently own and operate the "redneck trifecta" of Miller's Smokehouse and Millers Taxidermy & Processing. Dusty and I talk about the ins and outs of the business in the taxidermy studio while Dylan Miller and Tyler Carpenter sing in the other room as they hustle to keep up with the influx of deer season meat-processing business.
