Happy Monday Brothers!! This week we are connecting with our bodies as we learn about our cycle’s with certified holistic hormonal health coach, Grace Rash (@gracerash). There is a HUGE lack of information when it comes to women’s health and Grace helps us understand how to optimize our work flows by understanding how our menstrual cycles effects our every day life.


After Grace teaches us about the importance of tracking and nutrition’s role in our overall wellness, we get into distressing and some herbal  and supplement recommendations to help you feel your best!
