Join the Whiskey Bench as Henning, Kat, and Torna all meet for the first time! In this episode the Bench begins discussing the government's role in addressing human rights infringements in foreign markets, specifically concerning the CCP. They discuss potential outcomes of ignoring the violations, as well as navigating an ethical market from the Christian perspective. Are ethical business practices scalable into the larger market, or is it the duty of the few to be a shining example of what a good business looks like?
Aviation
2 oz gin (floral gin is best)
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 Maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz Crème de Violette
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake aggressively and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry and lemon peel.
