This podcast 2023 has been a wonderful year full of changes. Transformation struggles personal growth for many people in this world. I am no exception to that, and yet I still stand here alive breathing heart beating blood pumping through my veins, which is hard to believe considering the year that I’ve had, but with all of the downside came the biggest upside ever and it’s getting back to my center being and having the strength to step up and move forward with greatness which is what I’m all about.
