Today I am talking to Bionca Lindsey about what it means to be Black and in the military.

Bionca is a consultant for Nutrition Care Professionals and a counselor with Montgomery Community Corrections for domestic violence. She also serves as the President for Alabama’s Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals while also serving as Vice President for two associations: Autauga County Master Gardener Association and Alabama Herb Society.

Before assuming her last position in the Air Force, she held the highest position in the Diet Therapy career field as senior enlisted consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General on Air Force Dietetics governing 55 nutrition sites world-wide.
