I’m talking with actor, writer and friend Genevieve Angelson. Two girls in eating disorder recovery taking their hearts out, putting them on the table, and seeing what happens. Spoiler alert: it’s a lot of laughs and a lot of truth. We get into learning from our slip ups - falling forward as Genevieve calls it, scale and body obsession and the beauty of learning how to just be enough. My heart is still full from this conversation - hope it can warm yours up too. Also if you want to read the unbelievably awesome article she wrote for Refinery 29 on having an ED during the pandemic, click here.

Genevieve Angelson is an actor you might recognize from her roles in Flack, Good Girls Revolt and the upcoming Apple TV series The After Party.  She is also a regular contributor to Refinery 29 and Town and Country on the subjects of feminism, eating disorders, classical Hollywood and psychedelic drugs.

If you want to become Genevieve’s BFF (like I do) you can follow her on Instagram @genevieveangelson.

I’m also obsessed with knowing all about you, so please follow (and DM!)  me on Instagram, Facebook and my website. We’re in this together and the journey is going to be so awesome.
