Originating in Sardinia, Casu Marzu involves a wheel of pecorino, thousands of fly larvae and a whole lot of grossness. Despite its "Risk to Human Health" warning awarded by the Guinness World Records, people still keep dipping their loaves into this rotten, maggot-infested cheese.
